- ASTM F2919 “Standard specification for welded wire panel fence cloth (metallic-coated or polymer-coated) with variable mesh patterns or meshes greater than 6 in.2 [3871 mm2] in panels”

- made of wire with a diameter 2.5 mm and less (with cells 25×25 mm or less) — in rolls 1000 mm wide.
